Terms and Conditions of Membership

The VIP Over 50's Club Pty Ltd ("The Club") has been setup to link members with reputable firms who agree to provide goods & services at discounted prices to Vip Over 50's Club members.. The club's second objective is to provide a forum for members to discuss issues and exchange ideas, tips and information for improving their lives for themselves and fellow club members.

Once membership has been approved, members receive free gifts from sponsoring firms as well as special, obligation free, discounted offers for products and services of interest to Vip Over 50's Club Members.

Upon joining new members receive a 'New Members Kit' which currently contains:

  •  A Free Will

  •  A Power of Attorney

  •  A security key ring (if your keys are ever lost and then found by someone else, the keys are returned to the Club sponsor and forward back to the member. The key ring doesn't contain your address so your home's security is never effected by losing your keys!

  •  The latest edition of "The Independent" the Club's regular e-newsletter.

  •  Details, dates and times of upcoming seminars on ‘hot topics’ especially for Over 50's Club Members.

  •  Stroke Signs & Symptoms Fridge Magnet

From time to time existing and new sponsors sends members additional free gifts and special offers to current members.  A member may at any time resign their member simply by writing to the Club via post or email (see the 'Contact Us' Page for our postal details).

Privacy Statement: Your Privacy is important to us!  VIP OVER 50’s CLUB PTY LTD (ACN: 113 046 512) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy. We collect address information of members from applications which is used to provide members with information, news and details of offers from the carefully selected network of sponsoring firms. Some gifts and special offers require the club to pass on your details only to sponsoring firms to facilitate the supply of the gift or special offer. Your details are stored on a secure database and are protected from unauthorised use. Members can opt-out of receiving further offers, newsletters or other promotional material at any time by writing to Vip Over 50’s Club Pty Ltd, Suite 234, 51 Locked Bag 1, Robina Town Centre, Qld 4230.
